There is a particular transaction I have been waiting for, it's been 36+ hours still not confirmed and it blockchain to blockchain transaction.

From my own point of view, you ought to have sufficient money to pay the seller even while serving as a middleman. Legendary should not be the one to suffer the pain of the bank delay. If the delay were to be between your own bank and that of Legendary, then, that one is inevitable. Do you know if Legendary too is a middleman that also needs to pay his client?
And while serving a middleman, assuming the person you asked Legendary to send to was a scammer, how would you have paid Legendary his money?
Next time, it will be advisable to have sufficient money in your account to pay the sender while doing middleman without depending on money from your client. Kindly take note.
Some people refuse to pay their seller when they fall victim of scam while doing middleman thereby turning them into scammer too.
