I Had the same issue. After I tried bank transfer twice using my bank (GTBank) and it was giving me that error, I just used "one mind" to withdraw via 'KongaPay' under 'Bank Transfer'... After 15 mins "Mustard on the beat ho!" (my message tone).
KongaPay should work for you too.
