This is arrant twaddle. If you work in Apapa, you cant access Apapa via car except by Okada and say Helicopter. Even NPA top officials board Okada to shuttle between the Apapa and Tin Can ports.

Why run away from your responsibility of freeing the expressway from murderous truck drivers? Apapa is a microcosm of dysfunctional macrocosm called Nigeria. The Customs, Prisons, Police and other military guys all ply one way especially if one is accessing Apapa from the mile 2 axis.
