Have you ever seen any Bini man, especially from the royal family, ever laying claim to Lagos? They do not engage in such petty controversies. Only attention seekers from Lagos island do that.

And for the record, only parts of Lagos island (or Isale Eko) had anything to do with the Bini. Areas like Ikeja, Surulere, Ilupeju, Gbagada, Maryland, Agege, Ipaja, Badagry, Lekki, Ibeju, Epe, Magodo, Amuwo-Odofin, Orile, Ijanikin, Ogudu, Yaba, Ikorodu etc., had absolutely nothing to do with the Bini.
