MetalJigsaw: If I said that my detractors who stand entirely on emotive negative prejudice, not objective appraisal. Would be up in arms and screaming for blood. Oh he is biased. The Eredivisie is ranked by FIFA at number 12 in Europe. Having that in mind how good is he. Is the Eredivisie better than the English Championship and or leagues1. It's a question not a proposition and then how good is the Dutch 2nd tier in comparison Where do we have the overwhelming number of Nigerian origin players outside of Nigeria All the Francophone countries have thier first port of call the French leagues, for talent why No Matter what is said the best players are in the best teams and leagues. Nonetheless there are always exceptions just like Shehu. Of which he hasn't had much competition already to show how fickle we are one game and we are saying Ebuehi is the best. |

Something got me thinking today. If Sterling could play as an AMF,why couldn't Guardiola play Iheanacho the same when he was there? |

Kog45:If you've watched J Obi well you'll know he has work rate too. Back when he was at Inter, he was compared to Edgar Davids. Continuity is the only argument I can see that'll be made for him not making the team. |

COOL10: The answer is simple and clear, guadiola likes people that r shorter and with lower center of gravity thats the first impression, most importantly he prefers people that can hold the ball, dribble and run with it without losing d ball, if u watch iheanacho physical appearance expecially his legs, u will know that he is not built to hold the ball too long, he cant make succesful dribbles without losing d ball, that doesnt mean he is not a good player, him iheanacho can build on it as well, ronaldo doesnt hold the ball or dribble the way messi can but he is the best player in the world. So the issue is gaudiola wants people that holds ball well. 9 Likes |

Kog45: To be honest. Uzoho got talent but he is a division 3 player. His situation those not make him better than Alampasu who featured regularly in division 3 last season and has been promoted to the first team this season. His ability is not in question because he has been tested against some of the best clubs ( Fc Porto) in the world and he came out with distinction. After all, it only took us 2 games in La Liga to give Uzoho the chance in the National team. Whereas, so far, despite his exploit against Fc Porto , Alampasu has not been gven the equal or fair chances to prove himself in all the friendlies he has been invited. So, to quickly dispose him without a substantial opportunity is tantamount to injustice. 2 Likes |

Humility017: Who told you Obafemi just scored a goal? Last season, Odion Ighalo played 47 matches and scored only 17goals with 9 assists while Obafemi played 17 matches and scored 9 goals with 4 assists. Which is better? We need Obafemi, Joel Obi and Sone Aluko in the team. 3 Likes |

forgiveness:That's my point. Alloh Agu is not helping the situation regards our goalkeepers. There is need for him to forget sentiment and give us the best at home or abroad. I believe Uzoho performance w give Alampasu the opportunity cos the two are in the same category nothing much Also i want to see Ajiboye in CHAN may be he can do it. I believe so much in Uzoho, Alampasu and Ajiboye, they can do it. I don't want to talk on Ezenwa and Akpeyi again 1 Like |

Kog45:Don't expect Alloy Agu to give Ajiboye the chance to prove himself in the CHAN. Anyway, I agree with you on the three choice goalkeepers but they want t force Ezenwa on us. However, I still expect Eyeama to join the team and I hope Dele Aiyenugba should be given the chance prior to the final selection. |

ChrisKels: Where Dessers failed in Belgium Simon Moses has gone ahead to be counted among the best in Belgium Pro league. Go to Belgium and ask for Gent's Messi who singlehandedly won the league for them. Theaverage Tammy is a Chelsea player and has so far scored 4 goals in the 2nd best league in the world not Eredivise. 1 Like |

forgiveness:I don't think Alloy Agu want Enyeama back though he made some comment recently on him but initially he wasn't dispose to Enyeama return. I don't think Aiyenugba is on their radar cos we have seen Ogu and Nwakaeme from the same league getting invitations. Yes Ajiboye not getting the chance ties to Ezenwa performance, any flop from him that's the end. |

komekn:You project alot. You are as guilty of prejudice as those you accuse. But you are so steeped in your prejudice that you think your own view is all that there is and that's why you are shocked when people see things from other perspectives and the only way for you to cope is to label them 'emotive negative prejudice'. And when you have deflected attention to others, you tuck in safely behind your own prejudices and continue your song. The Eredivisie is ranked by FIFA at number 12 in Europe. Having that in mind how good is he. Is the Eredivisie better than the English Championship and or leagues1. It's a question not a proposition and then how good is the Dutch 2nd tier in comparisonNa so. Let the Coaches invite him. If he performs, good for him. Tell me - how many players from the much vaunted 94 set played first team football in the best teams in the best leagues? Where were Amokachi, Rashidi, Siasia, Keshi, Ugbade, Amunike, Iroha etc playing then? Please tell me where the leagues in south America apart from Brazil rank? Yet south American countries routinely feature players from their league. I don't give a hoot where a player plays. I'm prejudiced against our home based players but if an home based player is invited and he performs then good for him. Dessers is not in the second division. He's in the Eredevisie. Are you not the one who a while ago was saying that Nigeria must not wait for England to discover players for us? That doesn't matter so long as it is England. But if it's outside England we have to wait for the player to be bought by Real Madrid before we know he's quality. Where do we have the overwhelming number of Nigerian origin players outside of NigeriaEPL, championship and league one- are these not where you were headed to since? I've said it and repeat it again- until our team is populated from 1-23 by UK league players you won't rest. Look at the disdain with which you talk about the Dutch and Belgian league. You are guilty of negative emotive prejudice. The bolded is not an ancient, unchanging law of the Medes and Persians. At best it's just a guide and it should be a very, very flexible one at that. Nonetheless there are always exceptions just like Shehu. Of which he hasn't had much competition already to show how fickle we are one game and we are saying Ebuehi is the best. The exceptions are why you cannot make an absolute criteria which players must pass. Ebuehi's performance was good. Not the best but he's shown great potential, to have played in such a way that even the foreign press took note is no mean feat. But before then and even now you spat on him, Shehu and others from leagues outside of your beloved EPL and Championship even league one. If it were Aina that performed as good as Ebuehi you for no let us rest because even before his two outings for us you no let us rest. don't think I don't like Aina. I do and I've defended him against those who want to put him down but you are negatively emotively, subjectively prejudiced against Ebuehi and others of his ilk. You use one measure for Aina and another for Ebuehi. Aina is in the Championship, Ebuehi is in the Eredevisie. Who is on a higher level? I know you will say that the English championship is higher than the Eredevisie which is ranked 12th. All that doesn't cut it. Come and perform. That's all. Onyekuru - 20 matches 8 goals 0 Simon - 14 matches 3 goals 1 assist Samuel - 14 matches 4 goals 3 assists Simon Moses still remains Gent best player. |
