Due to the 1kobo rule that will soon commence me and my household will no longer play penny stock for the time being.

I'm secretly mopping one favorite Pa Emma stock that will soon replicate what Guinness did this year.

If this is your decision,know that anything can happen in this 1kobo rule.Bluechip stock can also turn to a penny stock if penny stock can go to 0.01.

Just trying to remind you what you should put in considerations when picking stocks now.I strongly insist you go for stocks that has very very good NUMBERS and EPS from 2.00 and above/stocks dominated by foreign investors.

The kobo stocks might start posting fantastic results and good profits starting from Q1 2018 to get shareholder attractions and price stability.

For me,I will be off the market before Dec runs out.Thank God most of my stocks are now coming back.My exit door is already opened........
I will FOLD my hands and watch the rule 1 kobo in action before deciding on the stocks to buy next year.

...know your risk (how much are you ready to loose in case the price continue its downward journey). If you're planning long term, about 3 - 6 months, then it is ok. For short term, I will expect to see reversal signal before buying. Best of luck

Mr Loko , this is a good idea ... For e.g If i make up my mind to sell my stocks i asked myself few questions


What time after the kobo kobo drama will i enter back for those fundamentally sound stocks


Will i still able to enter at a good price , What if the price does not go down the way i sold or price has moved up ..For example i sold my zenith [i bought @ 20 and some 22 naira ] @ 25 plus am still waiting to come down to 22 for past few mth.. but no way
Hope i won't have to join @ 25 or more if we do not have massive bear bear b4 the result is out next yr

Back to the chart, most often diagonal trendline do not work in stocks, but forex. Investors are looking at when SP are cheap, where demand and supply will increase. You cannot get diagonal prices, but horizontal. Forex is a pair of 2 currencies which makes it a bit different.

Yes, Unilever seems to be entering a buying ZONE. The margin of Safety could be better. It could be good at this

end for long term holding.

excellent. i agree with you. that mean investors looking at SP when it cheap to buy stock will buy base on fundamental that where i rely on my fairprice as a guide to pick a cheap stock

Arrgh!!! You just had to put me on the spot. Well,depends on your investment objective. Don't expect any significant appreciation until well into the new year. Price will range for the period of the rights and considering the limited number of trading days (holiday season) after the closure of rights, not much to expect.

I suggest a four months holding period to reap the gains of your investment (short term horizon).

It's a BUY for the long term in my opinion.

See where price is coming (at the very top) from compare to the horizontal line. When price touched the line buyers kicked in and drove the price up but they could not drive it up farther to or more than where price is coming from before they lost the momentum to the bears,

The bears drove it to the horizontal line quickly than expected. At the horizontal line a few bull tried to move the price but they could not succeed

at all . The bears are in control . They are more likely to move below the line having beating the bulls.Unless the bulls do something great at this point , expect a break.
