All the boss in the house I hail. Pls I use REDMI 4x 3/32g Stable. I am still on MIUI 8.5.2.0 and I have a new update 8.5.4.0 but have seen MIUI 9 is out already I want to jump to MIUI 9 straight. Help me with link and how to do it.

You can chat with Dreami, they might compensate you. You should also try rebooting your phone, then check if the USB cable is properly inserted into the charger.
