forgiveness:Gbagbe oro yen. Yes you were one of the first person who believed Ebuehi has something to offer. But what do you think would happen if Aina is tried out there in our friendlies and he performs fantastically? That means we'd have Shehu, Aina and Ebuehi battling for the RB role |

Mujtahida: I base my assumptions on facts and figures. Same assumptions helped me point out perfectly that Aina would struggle as a LB or LWB and it happened, you cannot tell me that the best RB in the Championship suddenly went bad. Same assumptions showed that Shehu would not perform as a wingback and that he isn't the best fullback we have, it showed. If Aina was played in that RWB role he would have performed better than Ebuehi did, take that to the bank. By the time Ebuehi came in the Argentines were already pyschologically down after they witnessed a horror show involving Aguero, Ebuehi thrived no doubt about it but Aina would have been better. Idowu scored and disappeared, forget the entire hype like I have always pointed out Aina is the best among the lot we have at RB and at LB we still have a vacancy. Hopefully Joel will be invited if he stays fit, I wont hold my breath for that though 2 Likes |

tbaba1234: This is one of the many reasons I can't succumb to double standards used in selection of players here. The same fella didn't tell us how worst Chidiebere Nwakali team is ooo but he vigorously defended and believed a case should de made for him. In fact, he was the SAN that led the case. |

forgiveness: From that comment, Ajagun was playing for the worst team and was not starting at that time. Those are 2 considerations. Nwakali is playing at least. For Nwakali's invite, i did say, it was a surprising call but we should see what he can offer. I will say the same if Ajagun is invited. |

Akpoguma at the moment is far away from the German team. There is so much depth in Germany. Uduokhai has a better chance of playing for Germany. Akpoguma's heads up to Germany will not give him an invite. He needs to show a lot from now till the end of season to even be in the mix. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Mickael2:Pray tell what are your facts and figures for saying Ebuehi will not perform well as a LWB? what he did against Argentina we see him do everytime in training both on the right and left side of defence... Great player- Toyin Ibitoye I will not take anything to the bank until it happens. What happened to Aguero wasn't strange. He has the history and he was taken to the hospital as a precaution. Nothing to detract from the performance of the Argentines. They themselves have not given that excuse. Don't give it for them. That Aina is the best, I won't argue. Na the one wey person see him dey talk. So it remains to be seen. But peeps try to make it look like it's Aina against Ebuehi and Shehu or Ebuehi against Shehu and Aina. I don't see it that way. I am anxious for Shehu to be the best, for Ebuehi to be the best and for Aina to be the best. On Idowu I have my doubts but I hope you saw that he was already in the box when Iwobi scored the equalising goal and he was there to pick on the ball from Nacho to score. The truth is our team play is tilted more to the right. Read solace chukwu on medium @oddsolace "You may have noticed that much of our play comes down the right side of the attack. I make it 8 of our 12 goals were a result of build-up/a passage of play from that flank. That is a staggering percentage. Two have come down the middle, two from the left (one of those a corner)." There isnt much play on the left side of our play. Against argentina not much interplay happened on left as compared to right. But there was a time an argentine was fouled and mikel was turning and turning . I noticed that idowu had already opened up a bit close to the centre line but nothing came of it cos foul had been given. Thats why a LMF like Joel obi is needed to balance our play. On the whole while i have my reservations i am still giving all players the benefit of doubt. I sure they are more eager to perform more than most of us even expect. 3 Likes |

Mujtahida: I'm sorry to say this... His name calling of some players is making this thread boring to me... In my personal opinion though .. Atleast he's not the only Yoruba guy here... It's well with him... Am not really sure, there were time back that Yorubas polluted Nigeria team.oga icon4s ,kog45, Taliban please help me out .. Go check the female football compare the Yoruba players to other ethnics... This is killing and destructing this country.. I know someone will still use big grammar to defend him and call all his words facts... His players are not the only players that have excellent stat even others didn't shout... I love forgiveness euthusiam but his ways of shouting and repeating words is killing... Seriously killing... I'm also a Yoruba guy too but I think if you mention things once or twice you stopped instead of calling names... It's well with him... 4 Likes |
