Yes, but the finish of a house is a very wide field. We cannot talk finish of buildings if we don't talk of the finish standards. There is a finish standard you will choose and N25m cannot complete the finish alone, after the building. But if you choose regular materials and not expensive additions like imported security doors, elegant tiles and classy windows/wardrobes and cabinets, the cost of finish will reduce.

Another fact, this house is very large. This is 19 meters X 14.3 meters. Other smaller houses are cheaper to construct and finish.

Welcome Sir, the footing you picked in the post I made "Casting now completed, let's start the foundation block work" is not the first footing in this foundation. We first did a 300mm thick cast spanning 1 meter width before we even started a reinforced ground beam which we pictured. It was only the beam and not the whole footing that you quoted from. Thanks.
