I drank zobo a lot in my first pregnancy. When I later read zobo isn't advisable, imagine my guilt when my son developed a heart murmur and I read a journal that linked zobo to some birth defects.
I'm not saying zobo caused it o, no. There is no solid link to it but I didn't even taste it at all in my second pregnancy.

I won't advise anyone to do what I know I would certainly avoid.

Very urgent help needed here..

I dont know how long i will endure zobo fasting till february..and i need to drink it asap like my life depends on it..

U see chilled zobo has always been my best drink ..and what i learnt from this thread is that zobo is not safe especially in first trimester..nothing was said about 2nd trimester..

I need assurance that nothing will happen if i take it in moderation. Maybe just one bottle today..then till february..

I trigger the vomiting sometimes cos after eating it'll come and build mansion on my throat.

Pregnancare contains folic acid and Co but I've swapped it for fruits and vegetables. I'll buy folic acid today

I've often wondered how the kicks feel like since you're carrying two babies..how do they feel?

My teamie how body? Sure you are feeling very ok now, thank God for keeping you.

My babies no too dey kick o except when I lie down to sleep then they start punching me, infact I rely on scan and my growing tummy to know they are developing fine. Happy bumping to us.
