Kakamorufu: Nike has been making whack Jerseys since time immemorial.. I would have preferred NFF to go for Puma after our Adidas deal expired..but Puma jersey for African teams is kind of too tight, tho the designs are very cool.. Look at this our away jersey in 2015.. The worst I've ever seen... 1 Share

The issue of Jersey is somehow overflogged here I think... jerseys doesn't give u the goals and jerseys preparation and likeness of jerseys 're relative so to say... For me oooo I like the current jersey....although I care less about whether the jersey IS fine, masculine or feminine... Jersey doesn't play football 11 Likes |

Akpoguma Makes U-Turn On Snubbing Nigeria For Germany Says Anything Can Happen German-Nigerian defender Kevin Akpoguma has left the door open over a potential switch of allegiance to Nigeria, few days after saying he wants to focus on progressing through the ranks of Germany. He has already represented Germany at various youth levels, but coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr was hoping to convince him to switch allegiance to Nigeria at senior level. Rohr is in Germany and he confirmed that he will hold talks with Akpoguma soon to have a chat with him on playing for Nigeria, but the 22 year old immediately responded by saying he wants to play for Germany. However reports from Germany monitored by Owngoalnigeria.com has it that he granted an interview on a sport programme in Germany, where he confirmed he is open to the idea of playing for Nigeria. Roland Mark said Akpoguma even confirmed talks will be held with Rohr who handles the Nigerian team, referring to him as a coach he respects a lot right from his days as director of youth football in Germany. http://owngoalnigeria.com/2017/11/22/akpoguma-makes-u-turn-on-snubbing-nigeria-for-germany-says-anything-can-happen/ Seems like someone saw that German journalist's tweet Cc: chriskels 3 Likes |

nelszx:Including this quote from German journalist mark Roland. ” It’s scary how some players think they can have a future at a team that doesn’t even know if they exist at all. I think Akpoguma is trying to get Germany to notice him by turning down Nigeria This is the first time he is having a taste of the Bundesliga, and he is already 22. In the Germany national team there are about 8 players ahead of him, and a further 7 waiting in the wings. Among them he is by far the oldest among all and the least rated. If not for injuries he wouldn’t have been in the team of Hoffeinheim. Credit to him he has taken the chance to make an impression but in just few games, and one of the games was the one Rohr watched. He has to reconsider and play for Nigeria, that is his surest way of going to the World Cup. He need to take a cue from Leon Balogun who is now considered by some in Germany as one who got away from them, thanks to his display for Nigeria''

tbaba is correct. In modern game, you don't need your LW to be necessarily left footed. Today, your LW is usually your SS so you need him inside the box and not necessarily as someone whipping in crosses from the flanks. The role of your old school LW is now being played by the LWB.
