One of my referee is currently out of the country. Can an email address me made available for referees to forward their recommendation letter for applicants? Secondly, If an applicant is close to all his referees, can He/She collect all recommendation letter and send all together? My reason for such question is that most applicants will be bearing the cost of courier service for both the application letter and recommendation letters from referees.

That's exactly what I did for my brother, sent both the letters and his CV. It's the prudent way to go.

I don't understand why we have to make everything complicated in this country. If someone came to me for a recommendation letter and expects me to send it to a school sans e-mails, I would kick him/her out of my office.

Hello..

Why will they refuse sending a simple envelope through, as they treat other items? I still don't understand what u meant by this info. Did uvtry DHL or Redstar? I intend sending my letter through one of these courier services reason because I can track the message tru their online tracking system. Doubt if NIPOST have such means for tracking...

My referees are not willing to forward it to the school themselves

No referee will have time to send such for u. The best is for u to get it urself and send. That's the method I'm using. Expecting to get all letters by weekend and post it on Monday.
