What are the implications of using a higher amperage batteries for a lower amp cars or a lower one for higher car let's say for the Honda's factory requirements are 45amp if you use 75amps on it what the after effect same as a Benz which requires abt 100amp then u use 75amp what's the pro n cons . Thank u

Dear Gazzuz,
I have a 1993 honda Accord parked in the village. It used to be a reliable ride but the engine was smoking before I tested it. Also, transmission had issues; usually takes a hard pedal to get it to engage the first gear.
I would want to have it running smooth again and use it when I travel home.
Any suggestions as to how/what to fix and estimated cost?

we encourage 1.8liter max. That is 2.4liter

I recently acquired a VW Jetta 1989 (Auto Transmission) with a 1.8l engine.

I've observed since I got the vehicle that whenever I start the car and it's on PARK the car is seriously vibrating, even the front tires and exhaust pipe also vibrates and when in DRIVE it will stop vibrating when in motion.

I've been to the mechanic and was told to be managing it like that because the fuel system was converted from INJECTOR to CARBURETOR.

Please any idea what can be done to fix this embarrassing issue?

Nothing, take it to a lock smith, 5k and you will be a good as new in a few mins.

I know the person you are asking the question gets the idea of what you are trying to say; but just for clarity, the bolded values are called engine capacity not tank sizes.
