All I see in this thread is bunch of pained folks that refuse to accept the reality that their decisions to forcefully keep igbos in nigeria has backfired.

These are the same folk bashing and laughing at IPOB few weeks ago.

As long as one Nigeria remains, igbos remains the part owners of Lagos just like any other tribe that invested in it. But the stake that igbos have invested is massive and will continue to grow as Nigeria remains one.
Well said.

Igbos left Lagos in 1966.
Sophisticated Yoruba politicians fought to bring Igbos back to Lagos.

Oodualover and danladi7 should stop complaining.

Your labour was needed to continue the building and continuous unstoppable growth of Lagos just same way many Togolese and Cotonue labourers are needed in Lagos. USA has its visa lottery system and Canada has the skilled workers immigration system not because they love you but they need you to do dirty jobs, add to their market while making your country desolate and poor only waiting for remittance.

The typical immigration remits not more than 15% of his earning while 85% remains in the host country in terms of rent, fuel and other purchases. UAE population of immigrants is about 4 times of the locals but control remains with locals.

The job of keeping you lot under servitude was done at the 30 months war while you now willingly board buses to come and serve Yoruba interests in Lagos same way you board plane with green card to go and serve oyinbo interest in USA.

I saw white men and women begging for alms on USA streets while all the Nigerians I met had comfortable means of livelihood. That doesn't make Nigeria better than USA. But Nigerians contribute a lot to the USA economy.
So talking about a few ibo Immigrants making it in Yoruba land compared to poor indigenes is a moot point.

LAGOS, IBADAN, OTTA, SAGAMU, ABEOKUTA, IFE...
AND YOU ABANDONED YOUR UGWU COMMUNITIES
NA TOO MUCH
Look at this one is trying to attach dead, bankrupt and poverty stricken communities like otta, ibadan, sagamu, abeaokuta and ife to Lagos.. Igbos have no state in these communities. They are 100% yoruba. We are talking Lagos here which remains a no mans land whether you like it or not.

No one is afraid of you not liking igbos and next time you are making examples, use Oyo state, ibadan instead of Lagos. Nobody can drag ibadan, ogun state with yorubas. Lagos is no mans land
lol..I can even call Anambra no man's land but deep down in me I know Igbos have the power and had traditionally locked down the state so I am just hurting.likewise Lagos state which had been locked down by its Yoruba owners, any name one calls it does not remove the fact that Lagos is Yoruba and Yoruba is Lagos.I am specifically happy that the main indices that show that a state belongs to a people are largely in the hands of the Yorubas...Power,which is the greatest,industries...Yorubas control more than 80% of this sector,ICT...Yorubas basically control this even in Nigeria, entertainment, arts, education etc.
As per landed properties,Igbo's do not have 1/5 of what the Yorubas have especially the Ijebus and kwarans.Igbos who really have landed properties know that or might not know that...those lands revert back to their owners after 99 years, that is if you have c of o...if you do not have, then lol and OYO are your first names.Do you know that omo onile still collects annual dues on those lands and I have seen some instances where the landed properties were actually taken over even from Yoruba owners and non Yoruba owners.Be rest assured that the 99 years thing will be adhered to strictly..that is why there are baales and Obas who ultimately pass the information to their children in case of death.Igbos best bet is to make money in Lagos like the other tribes and mellow down their no man's land singsong that is definitely going to affect them negatively because no matter what they do Lagos will always belong to the Yorubas as it was before the intrusion of Benin,Britain etc.Mellow down and enjoy our Lagos, your Lagos (this is where Igbos
have made it more than anywhere in the world and it has not been easy knowing that it belongs to the Yorubas but that is destiny)Pele...ndo.

And I quote :

company income tax, vat, stamp duties, import duties all go to federal government. So assuming but not conceding that maduka paid 450 Mill, he would have paid to federal government. so how has that amount to developing Lagos.

Abuja— The Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS, has collected a total sum of N1. 782 trillion tax revenue between January and July 2017. This figure represents an increase in tax revenue of N224.140 billion when compared to N1.558 trillion amount collected within the same period in 2016.
The FIRS Executive Chairman, Tunde Fowler, spoke in Abuja, yesterday, when he appeared before the Senate Committee on Finance on the agency’s 2017 budget.
Of the amount, Petroleum Profits Tax, PPT, stood at N636,006, while the service realised N1.146 trillion from non-oil taxes, Companies Income Tax CIT, Value Added Tax, VAT, Stamp Duties, among others for the period under review.
Tunde Fowler
In the preceding year, FIRS recorded N504,834 in PPT and the non-oil tax collection for the period stood at N1.053 trillion.
Virtually, all the tax types in the period under review recorded a positive variance as against the preceding year. For instance, in the period January to June 2017, FIRS collected N551,690 billion in Companies Income Tax, CIT, against 514, 840 billion in 2016, N467, 710 billion from Value Added Tax, VAT, for the first two quarters this year against N396, 510 billion in 2016. It collected N58, 936 billion in Education Tax (EDT) January- June 2017 against N34, 817 billion in 2016.

One great error on the part of the Biafran agigators is the belief that Yoruba or other non-igbos in the south should or must support Biafra.

Don't base your strategies on the anticipated support of others, especially when IPOB and their sympathizers keep cursing, abusing or insulting these non-igbo Nigerians on daily basis

Fulmigati:
They want Igbos out of Lagos but are strongly against Biafra. This is unheard of levels of confusion.
Hopefully all the external forces holding this fradulent nation together crumble so we can all go our way.
