Yes, I know UI are very transparent in terms of admission but that doesn't mean that we should fully assured that we are admitted just because we beat the cut off point....Even, if nobody tamper with our score, what of the system...
All these electronic thing can not be trusted. My case as an example, the first time I wanted to check my aggregate score, I log in to my account and the thing was saying I don't have an aggregate score because I scored less than 50 in my post utme whereas it was the same site that said I scored 65 in my post utme before I now log in again and the thing now show the real thing....

To cut everything short, it's not over until it's all over....you can't fully assured that you entering UI this year until you get your admission later..... I pray God suffice for us all (Amin)

I want to ask the esteemed house. is this result enough to study medicine in ui if she has good utme and putme scores?
is anything less than A1 is all subject acceptable? and please if you are admitted to study medicine last year can you pls share your o level result with us.

You can only do change of institution twice to any institution of your choice. You can do it yourself and pay with your atm. Peruse your jamb portal

Yes. Most of the time, candidates admitted via change of course have to change their course to the one they were offered admission after d list is out. This is called regularization. It might not be compulsory now but it might affect you when preparing for nysc.. Which might cost u 10k by then. Your focus for now should be on the school list. CAPS will be sorted out once the school decides to admit you.

If your affect means you won't be given your original course, Yes, it will.

However, same procedure as I highlighted above will also apply to you if you're admitted.

IF Ui will maintain this year's policy towards next admission, then the o'level has nothing to do with admission. If she has C6 parallel sef, she will enter if she meets cutoff.

Tell her to prepare well for the next jamb. Its taking 50% of the aggregate. (Jamb score/eight)
Then postume also takes 50% of the aggregate (postume score/2)

But I plan on taking it again next year but this time with a different course probably an engineering course because I love mathematics . And then I have a job on my hand and I work nine to six, so please is there any way I can balance the job with my reading or should I just drop the Job and focus more on reading?. And which engineering course can I take to guarantee quick job after school? Pls I need your advice

Mehn! It's really complicated oh.. But there will always be a way around....

Now, since you're not a fan of biology, it will be highly suicidal to enter the MBBS train. Thank God u freed yourself from that pressure.

Now, about engineering... Well, all engineering courses are okay. However, I can recommend Civil, Mechanical, Elect/Elect (which UI offers) and lastly Chemical engineering (which UI doesn't offer). Let me add, you need to be good at what u do to get a good job in Nigeria. U might also need some additional degrees and certification.

About the job, I don't want u to sacrifice too much, but for d main time, u can still try reading 2-3 hrs daily.. Maybe before u sleep or if u can wake at nyt.

Then, when its like 2 wks to jamb, u could be excused from work so u can face ur readings and revision squarely. I'm saying this cos u claim.to be good at maths, and being good at maths guarantees being good at physics to an extent.
