Why don't you lock it in FGN. Bond for the 10 years and reinvest the interest back in treasury bills Enyinne: 1 Like |

Thank u for the suggestion , i joined this forum cos i lack experience on the best decision based on this investment plan . What is the percentage interest on FGN bond ? Risk involved compared to Stanbic Mutual fund ?is the interest applied hold for 10yrs or does it varies as time goes on . What will be the value of my money if invested for 10yrs ,let's say at 15% interest rate . Mathematicians in the house ,pls assist to answer my questions. Am lost . author=confluence post=62765490]Why don't you lock it in FGN. Bond for the 10 years and reinvest the interest back in treasury bills[/quote] |

I will advise you buy TBills for them. Re-invest the upfront interest in TBills too. When it matures, buy TBills again. Do this consistently for the next 10 years and thank me later. Enyinne: |

You can still do TBills for a long term. But if you prefer mutual fund, make sure it is a Money Market Fund only. Enyinne: |
