RealityShot: I've tried ARM in the past. Their services are great too. I tink it all boils down to who's able to relate more with customers both online and offline. Then more people here are using stanbic so it's easier to get info here on Nairaland 2 Likes |

Please I need stanbic twitter handle. Today makes it three days I requested for redemption of part of my funds yet my account has not been credited. I guess I should not have used their Web for it. |

Hello house, anyone running ARM MMF here, I just realised they stop adding daily interest into my investment for like a week now. I have sent mail to them, the only response is that they have escalated the matter. Want to know if it's my own account alone or some other peeps here are experiencing same? Thanks house |

Very helpful thread this is, thanks to the selfless ones who ensure all questions and enquiries are answered to. God bless you all. I came here to seek information about Stanbic IBTC MMF and I got all I needed after going through some previous posts. I have successfully subscribed. However, since I subscribed about a week ago, the only reasonable figure I see on the mobile app is my principal and some unexplained additions of daily interest. My expectation was to find a page where the daily % interest will be boldly shown, or perhaps, a table showing compound interest history. What routine do you follow to track daily % interest in order to do your calculations and ensure the right figures are added to your principal daily? PS: I understand the calculations. |

debostar: I have also been asking them, the same question. I got as low as 11.69% on certain days this month. I believe it is grossly unfair and borders on fraudulent behavior, their refusal to make daily credit statement available. Is this the international standard? |
Re: Mutual Funds by kaze4blues(m): 10:47pm On Nov 25, 2017 |
Sach: Send a mail to stanbic. They are in the best position to answer that |

Kemade2007:thanks alot, please how about topping up and uploading the evidence of payment, how many days does that takes to reflect |
Re: Mutual Funds by ernie4life(m): 9:01am On Dec 02, 2017 |
Aderex91: The comparison should be ARM, Stanbic and Abacus, reason is kgif is a fixed income fund with a guaranteed Minimum return while the rest are money marker funds, so just replace kgif with Abacus MMF since its the same company that manage both |
