I'd strongly suggest you put it in writing here as no one is an island of knowledge. You could gain immensely from other people's ideas as well. However, if you insist on calling, you can pm me. [quote author=Alfred2000 post=62764660] |

platypelloid: Well I don't work with ETS but within 10 days your score should be in your school within US. How efficient your school is in sorting and profiling sent reports is what I don't know. Preparing for GRE within one week, you must be 'igi iwe" efiko. The one month should still give you breathing space to know the intricacies of the exam. |

Good morNing people, I have a degree in Human Resource Management with some Certifications in Management and my problem right now is that Most schools require GRE and GMAT, and I can't write it presently due.to some reasons.. Besides I don't mind going for another Degree but I'm worried about the student Visa application and my questioNs are: Will the embassy not be suspicious when you are applying for student visa with a Bachelor Degree admission letter while having a degree already? Is there an aGE barrier? For example someone who is about 28-30 years of age going for another bachelor degree while having degree ? Someone I met recently, told me if you are asked why going for another bsc despite the fact that you have a degree already, That one can easily respond by saying: I decided to go for another bachelor degree to augment my low cgpa because I could nt get an Msc admission with the low cgpa, besides going for another bsc degree in the u.s would make me have a solid background before stArting and an msc program. Please, does the response above sound convincing? And anyone that has list of Schools that are not strict with their requirement should please, drop it. Thanks and God bless us all. |

colonelT: A visit to the embassy is an interview and as in all interviews you have to sell yourself well as the right man for the job or for the visa read the above and ask IF someone tells you this . What stops you from thinking if he or she did poorly in Nigeria why wont he/ she do poorly in America or anywhere else.... poor grades are not a thing of pride and should never be said as if its a good thing or served as an advantage . I personally dont think it a good response 6 Likes |

Thank you, I thought as much, but what About the age, does it really matters? EZEIGBO1OFIMO: Remember the saying "anything that's worth doing is worth doing well ". I don't know about others but it's all part of the testimony, knowing u succeeded where others failed, knowing that God's favour singled u out above some people. In my case there were three people infront of me,a guy going for his masters in the US,a woman in her forties claiming she was going for a wedding and a family of five going for holidays. Everything checked out. They had travel experience to fill two passports, bank statements and they were really jovial with the VO,the student was grilled and even presented a bank statement. These three were denied and i wasn't. If I'm giving a testimony of God's favour without mentioning that he favored me above the people who went before me then what sort of testimony would that be?? I hope you understand. I speak for myself alone not others. BTW who's also going to ETSU for spring 2018? 6 Likes |
