For the scan copies ,will confirm that tomorrow but I don't think it will be accepted.
Your broker can pay on your behalf , but from brokerage account that's left for your broker to decide.

All have been simplified. Since you know your alloted shares and money to be paid, just wire it to someone and the person will do the rest, print and fill the form submit to your broker or the registrar (cardinal stone in this case).

Better still call a reliable contact working with ur brokerage firm.

FURTHER UPDATE Scanned copy not accepted.

Just received in my email: Did anyone get this please, as I believe this should be public.
@Intendy it says scan copy acceptable....please reconfirm this info with your contacts especially for those not in town. Thanks.

base on numbers it still better than Diamond, sterln and wema
grin
The major difference is the outstanding shares. Apart from that, Diamond did better by posting PAT of 5.9billion which is more than the 5.4billiin posted by fcmb. The difference is that fcmb OS of 19billion is lower tha Diamond's 24billion, thus the eps gap. All that will be made clearer in q4

Bank directors with non-performing loans (NPLs) are to quit or be sacked, according to a new Code of Corporate Governance approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Some Banks will still go under, NEWBIES be warned!!!!

*ThE OcToPuS*

Borrowing from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) by Nigerian banks rose by 52 per cent in one week, attributable to liquidity scarcity and banks demand for funds to participate in the special foreign exchange (FX) auctions conducted by the apex banking regulating body.
Commercial banks operating in the country last week, borrowed N870.9 billion from CBN, as against N574 billion in previous week.

Eyes Of Lagos investigations using the Standing Lending Facility (SLF) revealed that commercial Banks in November had borrowed N2.77 trillion with an average amount of N154 billion.

The highest and lowest amount commercial banks have borrowed so far this month was N260 billion and N108 billion respectively.

Could this be why uncle T said something big is about to happen on transcorp?

Some of the NIPP expected to be sold include Alaoji Power Station in Abia State, a 1074 Mega Watts (MW) capacity plant; the 561MW capacity Calabar Power Station; the Egbema Power Station, a 338MW simple cycle gas turbine plant and Geregu II Power Station in Kogi State with 434 MW capacity.
Others include the 450MW Ihovbor Power Station in Benin City; Olorunsogo Power Station, a 336MW plant located at Olorunsogo; Olorunsogo II Power Station with combined cycle gas turbine of 675 MW capacity; the Omoku II Power Station in Omoku with 225 MW capacity. Also to be sold are Omotosho II Power Station with 450 MW capacity and Sapele Power Station with 450 MW capacity.
Other items to be sold are non-core assets from the mines and steel sector, houses, and estates. He said proceeds from privatisation of key government assets were factored in the 2018 budget, to finance especially the budget deficit of N2.005 trillion, much of which will be financed through domestic and foreign.

You see what you are exaggerating.
Me and my household will not have anything to do with a stock corruption is linked to.
No wonder a stock with almost #2.00 EPS is not doing well in price.
It is suppose to be around #20 by now.
