You may have every reasons to be upset with criminal cos they reap where they did not sow but being civil shows you're above and beyond them. Every criminal deserve to be punished for their crimes but doing it by people who turn judge, jury and executioner overnight belong to stone age and should be discourage by every right thinking mind.
