Over the last few weeks, there have been images, stories circulating online that some Africans are being auctioned online raging from $4000 in Libya, some have been killed while some have been brutally raped, sold twice and tortured but it very devastating, shocking and touching that in spite these stories circulating online, no Nigerian Pastors, Bishops, deacons, celebrities, etc have raised to speak against such nefarious act happening in Libya.

Can we conclude that our pastors are only good at collecting tithes?

Is that why they are busy attacking Daddyfreeze over tithe issues instead of focusing on the words of God which they are meant to preach?

Why can't our Nigerian Pastors channel their strength which they are using to attack Daddyfreeze to speak against the incessant killing of Nigerians in Libya?

Why can't they curse those people behind these nefarious act instead of cursing Daddyfreeze if they are not after tithe?

Why can't they use the money which they are collecting from the poor masses to pay for flights tickets of Nigerians in Libya to come back home just like Eto did to the cameroneans in Libya?

Do you know why Churches and other NGOs are exempt from paying Taxes to Government? It is because they are expected to use the money for public welfare. They are supposed to help government indirectly by helping the people around them. In other-words, they are expected to give back to the society by doing "good deeds" e.g Provide affordable schools, Medical facilities etc.

You can also make a difference.
Give your voice against the injustice going on in Libya, go on social media condemning the act.
All you have done is spoken against pastors, but yet still haven't addressed the issues. We all have a moral responsibility afterall. Don't push yours on the pastors.
Very few pastors have influence in Libya, so talking to the Libyan govt is almost impossible. The Nigerian govt may do better but they also cannot physically go and free those enslaved without the Libyan govt.
You don't need a Pastor to tell you to give your voice on Social media. Its only such pressures the Libyan govt might listen to, but heck, there's a lot of unrest there so that may also not work.
The most the churches are probably doing as a congregation is praying for the victims and perhaps rehabilitation of some of those that have managed to escape back to Nigeria.
