Depending on your location,i think states have liason offices in places like Lagos and Abuja. You could take yours there for signing. I knw of a guy who did his in their liason office in abj without having to go to cross river

For Example If Your State Of Residence Is Lagos And Your State Of Origin Is Oyo, Go To Oyo State Liason Office In Lagos To Process It.

Sup guys, does any1 have an idea of the number dy finally pick 4rm each state at d end of screening? Don't wanna sound pessimistic bt wudnt wan2 go as far as Sokoto all d way 4rm Abj if I feel dias hardly a chance

After you fill in your details online, you were asked to print out some forms, make sure you have printed those forms. Complete it accurately and get the required people to sign on it, go with it to your exam venue (Your Acknowledgement form is among those pages) I believe is the one with guarantor signature where he/she vouch for you. Go along with your credentials and arrange them chronologically, i.e., from most recent, e.g., NYSC to oldest, e.g. first school leaving certificate, Then birth certificate e.t.c
