• You have obscene pictures on the blog which can scare off an average person after coming across such images. Truly, you have visitors on the blog but they might not have taken their time to read the contents of the blog.
• Get your spellings correctly and get your punctuation right so that your readers can stay longer on the site.
• Most of the adverts being displayed on the blog does not conform to the type of audience your blog generates (A sick person won't be thinking of purchasing luxury items).
• Also, the font size is big, therefore making the write up so large which can scare off lazy readers.

Decongest the pages of the site or re-arrange for visual balance: The pages on the site has no visual balance and seems congested which can make the Ads unnoticed.

You have 8 ads placement on the homepage alone. Google advises on maximum of 3 ads on a page.
