He didn't need to score that goal because his energy is needed all over the pitch...

Where would he find the stamina to slide tackle opponents at left back position, if he's too busy doing trifling things like putting easy goals in the back of a huge net?

Funny enough, this doesn't worry mancucians. They seem to have been initiated into the dark art fraternity cheesy

This is Jose Mourinho turning a proven goal poacher into an impotent robot, a fella with over 100 league goals under his belt.

Could he [Jose] had tried this crap with a feeble Morata?

I dey laff people wey de say make them bench am. Na so them slam pogba last season, just last week someone required about 10 pages to deny his slating of Him, without success. The 2 of the fisrt 3 goals he has a hand in it. We complained last season of not getting goals from all parts of the pitch, Now we are getting it, it's now a problem. Nawao

Whether you agree you are Coogar or not, I always see you as Coogar.. You may pretend by changing your writing style, but the ideas can be sensed.....

You always get things very wrong. The first time you posted with this moniker, you attacked for stating that Herrera asking Mkhitaryan to go into the box for his goal against Ajax in Europa final was a defensive move at first - to protect Mkhitaryan who was on yellow card already. The argument went on for days, I was alone against a crowd, then you came out from the blues to say I was wrong. But Mourinho himself (through his statement on the issue) vindicated me some weeks later.

Now you are judging wrongly again with your poor sense of judgement. May be you just want to be against me. I was right 100% last week on the Pogba argument as facts revealed. Did I not show where I said Pogba was money well spent? When he became poor, we criticize him - just like Scholes, Neville, etc did. Abe you know ball pass Scholes and Neville?

I wonder sometimes what Mourinho might have done wrong that he gets blamed for virtually everything wrong with United.

Now, Mourinho is being blamed for Ukaku's profligacy. Yes, Mourinho might have played a part with his tactics which made Ukaku ineffective in some matches, but blaming Mourinho for everything wrong with Ukaku's recent loss in form, is just so wrong.

Was Mourinho the reason Ukaku missed shocking chances last night?

Was Ukaku in the left-back position last night when he missed those chances?

Ukaku has missed shocking clear-cut chances while IN THE 18-YARD BOX and Mourinho is to be blamed? I don't get it.

Negative tactics like that of our match against Chelsea or Loserfool can be blamed on Mourinho, coz his tactics wouldn't favor any striker at all, but Ukaku firing into the stands during Brighton match when he could have done better by placing the ball to the upper-right corner of the post, is not Mourinho's fault. Ukaku missed those chances coz he's technically not THAT good. He's still far off from being world-class. Last night, we played attacking football, Ukaku was in the opponents' box and missed the chance. What do you expect Mourinho to do? Teach Ukaku how to score in 18-yard boxes?

And for your info, Ukaku's profligacy worries us, even United fans have called for him to be dropped for Ibra, if that's not a concern, I don't know what else it is.

As long as the whole team contributes to the goals no problem. His goals will come when the team gets a creative AM

Nice game. Lukaku covered a lot of ground in this game which helped a lot

eph12:

I am very confident he will score goals if he plays closer to the box, but his energy is needed for now all over the pitch

Mourinho just invented the first Box to Box slidetackler striker. Eph12 defined the dictionary entry. All I did was reference these great footballing minds.

I think Left Forward-back, Left Wingback-striker is the official new position.

or is it Left Strikeback?

Yeah, Left Strikeback.

I like that...

Your fellow mancucian needs to be reminded that Lukaku was finding the onion bag barely 2 months ago, times when you lot were playing attacking football.

How did he now become profligate for it to be something to be worried?

What/who is responsible for his goal drought? Belgian spell or the FA?

The answer to this isn't far-fetched.

Sir I am not who you say i am, moreover I did have u in mind while writing, I just saw a lengthy argument of someone wanting to exonerate himself of condemning pogba few days ago. Moreover if you slate him for bad performances its Ok, but just admit it that he has proven you wrong and move on finish. Nobody will kill you. Last week my previous post was excavated hyping Herrera, I accepted the L immediately without "amalanomic" like my friend funlord will say and moved on. Have I died?
Few weeks ago I was sceptical of Lindelof, but I prayed he prove me wrong and he is doing that now, I was happy but I accepted I judged him too early.
Most people here are just whinners, they only come here to complain, and blame players, but you will never see them praise any body for great performance, those are the people I have issues with not you.
Few days ago I had an argument with someone I couldn't even remember, he said spurs, pool and Chelsea will overtake us on the strength of playing "better football " this is just because we won ooo 1-0 versus Brighton( this is the first time this season apart from spurs game we are scoring 1 at home).
These are the naysayers not you, if you want to join them well na you know.

Don't mind them, watch Erickson and Alli missed sitters yesterday, and nobody is calling for them to be dropped, Now they are saying we should drop someone with 8 goals and 5 assists in 14 games that made us sit comfortably in second with someone(respect to him) that led us to solid 6th last season. Lol

These teams have already surpassed you lot in playing attacking football.

These teams dominated you the last time you squared up against them. As a matter of fact, your manager drove the red long bus down to centers like the Bridge and Anfield.

Every passing week, these teams give fans something to cheer about - good football, something that can't be said about manyoo.

I don't respond to trolls but comeback when.
1. Your goal tally surpass that of united.
2. About 750 million fans view your game
3. You overtake united
4. When United's goals conceded surpass your own
5. When your tortoise of a keeper has more clean sheets than DDG.
6. When Micheal Jackson with Italian passport wins Champions league.
7. When you defeat or outplay united at old Trafford
8. We fail to beat any of the big 6 club in which you beat.
9. You win more trophies than united this season
10. Finally when you have sense.

Satisfy all of this, then we will start talking.
4.
