Michael Schumacher's Ferrari F2001 has been sold at an auction for $7.5m (N2.8billion). He used the same car to win nine races in the 2001 Formula One World Championship with 123 points. This is nearly twice the points of his closest rival McLaren’s David Coulthard.

It is said to be the most expensive modern Formula One racing car ever sold at an auction. The winning bid was $7.5million which exceeds the pre-bid estimate of $4million - $5.5million. The selling price also beat the previous record set by the modern F1 car - Ferrari F2004 which was sold for $3.2million.

the value of this thing to a nigerian man...park it in ur garage for visitors to see or take it to a museum...that's if we even have standard one

We don't even have good roads for this kind of cars...neither will those reckless Dando drivers and okada riders give u peace of mind...any small scratch or damage on this thing u will have to ship it back to where it was made..cos I am sure spare parts are not readily available in naija

So what value are u saying

This trash can't thrive in naija yet..no good roads Dando drivers and okada riders are factors that should be considered

What economic importance does it have to u

Spare parts are not readily available once it has little damage na to ship am dey go abroad be that..stupid thing
