What's seems to be a perfect journey nearly turned to a disaster for me yesterday night. The incident happened around 7-8pm yesterday between Ajebandele and olode on route to ondo. I was coming from somewhere so i decided to check on my fiance with her father at Ondo, so i went through osogbo to ife den going to ondo in a commercial bus. The bus driver was busy picking and dropping people along the way until we got to Modakeke where he picked 3 young men. These guys even negotiated the tfare from the place to ondo from 400# to 300# each without d bus conductor knowing he has made his biggest mistake. I was sitting in front with a man with 2 walking sticks and the driver. I perceived India helm smelling when these guys came him but i could not challenge them cos am not the owner of the bus. We got into the bush between the two towns then these guys brought out guns pointing to the driver I was shocked so i wanted to look back to see what's going on, the guy with gun gave me a blow on my lips and the lips jejely broke, instantly av surrendered that I have been caught by these small guys, the noise continued park! Park! With thunderous slaps on driver's face i never knew i could escape until the man with walking sticks opened the front door and ran away, there my mind opened i picked my bag and follow the man, the conductor and another man did the same thing to escape. These guys took the driver and other passengers away, where i ran to, i saw people who also turned back because they heard dey were robbing along the road but later summoned courage to move forward to ondo where i was heading. I found a lifeless body of a lady we were together inside the bus on the ground but these guys went away with others including the driver. That was how my God saved me. Be careful when travelling at night in this festive period, there was a light in complexion lady who was supposed to sit where those guys seated but went to the back because of heat. The girl too was taken away. The other girl that died boarded at offa kwara state. I don't know what happened to them now, since yesterday have not been myself thinking of the whole scenario. I just thank God for saving my life. Kindly let this be in front page so that people can be careful. This can definitely be of help to some people

Honestly, it came to my mind to snatch the gun pointed at the driver beside me but i hard the second thought of if the other guys were with guns also. So I decided to run. It was God that saved me
