Cesar Azpilicueta, Victor Moses, Danny Drinkwater and Eden Hazard return to the starting line-up.
Moses makes his first start after six weeks out injured and a substitute appearance on Wednesday. Azpilicueta replaces Gary Cahill in defence with Drinkwater added to what is expected to be a three-man central midfield.
Michy Batshuayi is fit enough to be named among the subs.
