baka is mobile and destructive in his play which helps a lot in this formation, but his school boy mistakes are annoying. The worse of all he can’t do basic footballing skills perfectly well; like trapping, passing...

I think it just highlights the limitation in their technical ability and understanding
22 passes is just poor. it's not about what they are tasked with. It means they are always standing on the wrong side of play, or standing in the wrong spots during play.

If Kante is collecting the ball from deep, and Fab is collecting the ball from Kante, you will need someone to move around again.
