Is your brother still in south Africa? Or left late? Get immigration lawyer who is expert in handling south Africa visa case asap. He can reapply and give them a tangible reason why he overstayed as advised by the lawyer, but if he cannot do otherwise, he might be ban from entering south Africa.

Tank you @ xpress 101 for your prompt response, he is still in south Africa, I will inform him to do DAT asap. Tanks once again

Please always plan your feeding, accomodation, school fees before coming to South Africa. Bursary and scholarships are 50 - 50 and work here is not for foreigners.

Good day Gurus,

I have secured admission to pursue BSc (Hons) a university in SA.

Please i need a copy of how introduction letter looks like?

Also is introduction letter from an employer essential?

Also it's my uncle that wants to sponsor my studies, i hope this is allowed,. If yes what do i need to add as supporting documents?

Or can i just ask him to transfer the money to my parent account, but it won't be able to reach 3 months, as i need to provide to provide 3 months SOA for Visa application. Also is it not suspicious.?

Thanks Gurus.. God bless
