I tried to track my order tonight and to my great shock, my package could not be found. Eager for monday to come so that I can wreck their phone lines with calls.

guys altough i just ordered mine on the 24th Nov, now i tracked it and its at the international shipping centre at an airport at Ikeja and next destination will be the calabar pickup station. Is there any probability i'd get it soon plsssss i'm really so eager

Yeah I place my order on the 17th and it was shipped on the 21st. It is in Nigerian current at their international shipping partners.

I think you use express delivery and if your are in Calabar you will get your phone soon.

Why do you want to cancel when your phone is almost in your hands?
Besides you can't cancel orders from overseas.

Idk but I ordered mine 17th and it was shipped on 21st.
A product cannot be canceled once it has been shipped, so maybe yours can be canceled since it has not been shipped.

/track/getorder/ seems they're preventing me from typing jumia's website before the track

then use order numberl and the email of the person that ordered the item only
