The matter of context of consent and withdrawal of consent is still curious to me. It definitely merits further argument.

cases with perishable evidence needs to be handled with care. its not like stealing a million dollars where a paper trail of reciepts and invoices can be collected. the fact that no evidence can be presented opens up men for abuse.any woman with a past vedenetta can now accuse your own father of rape 25yrs ago and he go to jail and u sink into poverty and ruin. your own BF can have such a case openned against him by some vengeful Ex and your relationship get ruined. if anything can be abused it will be abused.like this bringing back of ancient cases.

You Women are fast becoming self centered creatures that have turned sex into a big lucrative deal because sex now sells in this generation.

It's self evident that the older a case the harder it gets to prove. Unless there is significant technological advancement that can help solve it. The courts will maintain their integrity by ensuring a conviction is only reached when the prosecution has proven its case beyond all reasonable doubt.
