Kleinefrau:Sure When did you book the appointment? I'm asking cause you are supposed to cancel the appointment at least till two days before the date. After that, you can't book appointment until after a few months 1 Like |

I actually book an appointment for January because there was no appointment available for December as at that time...after checking again, I saw that appointment is available for December, so I want to cancel the January and book for December. How long will I be able to rebook..I don't want to loose at both ends... But I will be glad if I can reschedule for December quote author=Jigba post=63009110] Sure When did you book the appointment? Kleinefrau: You can cancel this minute and rebook the next minute. I've done it. Just make sure your desired date of appointment is available before cancelling 1 Like |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Blackanada(m): 6:33pm On Dec 05, 2017 |
Kleinefrau: You can cancel and rebook whenever, as long as there's available date. The only condition is that you must cancel at least 1 week before your booked date, if not you will face temporary suspension. So if your date is January you're good. Go ahead, cancel and rebook. 1 Like |

Thermilola: What do you mean by it's giving you headache? Please construct your questions in a way that's understandable and people can give answers to them |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Blackanada(m): 11:43pm On Dec 05, 2017 |
Thermilola: I'm not sure I get what you mean, but are you asking what the documents (@bolded) mean? If that's the case, I don't typically like to direct people to read the previous threads because it's rather bulky, but in your case you should. These are the most basic information you can find with hardly 30 minutes of research. Heck, 5 minutes of google search can clarify some. At the very least, I expect everyone to know what CV and motivation letter are. Then again I might have misunderstood you. 2 Likes |

ayomeah: I will not be manipulating the documents, that's why I will not ne detaching the "wrong" application form myself. I will submit it like that and include the actual application form. It is not the only school I am applying to though. About booking another appointment, I think i will have to pay for it this time, I have already done the 3 certification that is free. Or, if i book another appointment, will they certify another set of 3 documents for free for me again? |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Lalaski001: 11:36am On Dec 06, 2017 |
BabaEuro: Yea, I think its more flexible with Uni-assst. But i think schools would accept it too. They just need to be certain that the copies u r submitting has been certified by a competent authority. Even if the name written at the back is for a different school, I don't think it will mean anything, since everything is certified in same way. Its an embassy certification, they respect it more and I believe they will accept it even if it was not originally done for the particular school. |

Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Ezyp(m): 12:48pm On Dec 06, 2017 |
dayjeee:Your number one question, most of us here are applicants in Nigeria. We probably don't have idea about the school. ( you should google research yourself) Your number two question, since test of English is not compulsory, that shouldn't be an issue. |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by happystep(m): 3:01pm On Dec 06, 2017 |
dayjeee: Please every school in Germany is better than Nigeria and Africa schools. You need to get a letter of English proficiency from your last School. It will attest that all your former study is in English language. Scholarship depends on the qualification of other applicants who may need the scholarship. 1 Like |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by ayomeah(f): 3:13pm On Dec 06, 2017 |
Lalaski001: No, once you certify 3 sets or documents, you will have to pay a naira equivalent of €10. I think #3600 for each set of documents you certify. |

Shirbrown: 1. it depends on what you want in the future if you want your spouse to join you in future and if you are truly married then yes state that you are married remember don't lie because of future it can affect your status later like tax of married student is more higher than single student single student are on tax 1 and married or tax 3 or 4.. 2. Nop you don't need to say anything about that just tell them she is working and she as a business bla bla bla it give you upper chance as they will see you will truly come back to meet your family. just my advice 2 Likes |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by TemitopeWalker: 7:49pm On Dec 06, 2017 |
dayjeee: Scholarships are close to impossible especially when you have not started the program in Germany because the tuition is already free and give most grants to Ph.D. students. but am sure TOEFL gives you upper chance in getting admission I can remember I wrote the English text then and applied to 8 schools and 10 courses (don't mind me I was desperate and got 7 admissions in 6 schools. 2 Likes |
