PLEASE FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSE

even the name of ur thread says clearance of phones is $8, yesterday I was at ur office to get a phone and I was charger $15 for it, this is a phone I ordered when MAYORALL declared a discount on phones to be $8, now for clarification purpose, can u pls state how much u guys charge for phones because the next time I get to the office and I'm charged something else, it won't be funny

just as other ppl that procure items do, once someone's item arrives, pls update it on the thread asap, truth is that u guys said items are received one week after shipment, it's only one item iv received in a week, the others surpass a week and I have to be d one calling to ask for my package (I even got insulted the last time by d person that picked the call) pls to avoid this, announce here that items have arrived, just my suggestion

Thanks for your suggestion sir. Please, try and understand that, it's festive period and as such there are issues of canceled flights, flight delays etc hence the issue of late arrival. We are very sorry about this. We have always been posting package arrival notification for our customers. You can check our thread very well. I doubt if anybody insulted you, it could have been the way you asked. Just like yesterday incidence which I believe you were there when the other guy called one of our staffs an "idiot“ You were there and I believe, you saw that there no any wrong doing from our part.
