I will like to know if a candidate will not be penalize for not bringing the Original Copy of a WAEC certificate?? This is because my interview is at hand and have not been able to collect my Original WAEC certificate from my secondary school.

It is a DPR panel. It is one way to ensure that bosses in each Unit/Division can assess the core competencies of interviewees and decide if they find them suitable. I hinted that those in the Management staff in the panel even went for a refresher course on Conducting Interviews. This is to amongst many other reasons, keep the interview process very professional and merit based.

Regarding the question about having a sibling in the Department, I will leave that matter. The Department knows best what they are trying to deduce by asking this. But in the Federal Civil Service can siblings be allowed to be in the same arm of any MDA?
