Ok, I'm working towards winter by God's grace. The major challenge I have now is how to get a scholarship that will serve the place of the €8k block account.I checked Daad scholarship, it seems to require applicants to have 2 years of professional work experience which I don't have, will just be rounding up my service. How does this concern us looking to study in Germany?

Guys, Ich habe ein problem My Interview is on 28th December, I haven't funded my blocked account yet, was told to tarry awhile in other to get the Financial commitment, so, I do not know, when I'll be getting the 8640 euro.

I heard a rumour, that one can have the interview without having funded the account, but the embassy would give a time in other to get it funded, after the interview.

So, since I'm not sure when I'll fund my account, I have someone in Germany who may be able to write me a sponsorship letter, do you think I should request this before it's too late and still get my account funded?

Also, what are the difficulties one may encounter using Sponsorship letter at the embassy and how long will it take my sponsor to obtain this? I'm asking so I'd know when to request.

They save 2 different purpose. Travelling insurance is to fly from Nigeria to Germany. Health insurance is for enrolment and daily activities coverage in Germany.

If you are already in Germany, you don't need any travelling Insurance.

Student Health Insurance is for your enrollment while travelling insurance will be required by the embassy when Approval Mail drops.

If you already have Student health insurance for those that did or will do online enrollment, no need for travelling insurance as it can serve both purposes.

Also, you don't pay till you arrive Germany and it's done online.

Yes you can but make sure you cancel the appointment 7 days before the interview date in order to avoid been penalized
