Infomaz: Thanks so much! I had tried this gibberish but even I myself knew it was fake. But I have seen the genuine one: I have heard an illiterate Igbo woman who has not crossed Onitsha praying and praising God in Yoruba. An American who hasn't been to Nigeria was praying in Ibibio during the Apostolic Faith camp meeting in Portland Oregon. A lady from Akwa Ibom was there and understood her clearly. To get that genuine baptism demands genuine salvation and sanctification. Where there's counterfeit, we can get the genuine one 6 Likes |

Thats how I went to a popular church in pz area of Zara that Is flooded with students, they asked if I could speak in tongue and yours truly obviously said no They then said we should wait after service, they took us to the back of the church and told us to start saying random word. Every one started saying rubbish. They were telling us to continue that the holy spirit will take over. Come see madness, I just had to excuse myself to use the toilet and ran home. Daddy freeze made a lot of sense majority of those tongue speaking, fire blazing are FAKE 10 Likes |

Speaking in tongues was the ability to speak in a language the speaker does not know, in order to communicate the gospel to someone who does speak that language. In the multicultural area of Corinth, it seems that the gift of tongues was especially valuable and prominent. The Corinthian believers were able to better communicate the gospel and God’s Word as a result of the gift of tongues. However, Paul made it abundantly clear that even in this usage of tongues, it was to be interpreted or “translated” 1 Corinthians 14:13, 27. A Corinthian believer would speak in tongues, proclaiming God’s truth to someone who spoke that language, and then that believer, or another believer in the church, was to interpret what was spoken so that the entire assembly could understand what was said. How can praying in tongues be a private prayer language if the gift of tongues is a “sign to unbelievers” (1 Corinthians 14:22)? The Bible makes it clear that not everyone possesses the gift of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:11, 28-30). How could tongues be a gift for self-edification if not every believer can possess it? Do we not all need to be edified? 3 Likes |

Those who are against his views have so far expressed their disdain at his person, as against countering the points and the argument he has put forward. It is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it. Therefore, I would urge those people to look at the argument from different standpoints, and address it based on scriptural evidence instead of name-calling and insult hurling. Counter his points with intelligent arguments, no need to shout to make your point, no need to insult. If your points are polemic enough, chances are that right-thinking reasonable people would agree with you. But then, individuals like that seem to be in short supply on here. 14 Likes |

Alezy: Sweetheart he didn't say all churches he said most of the Pentecostal churches. I use to attend a Pentecostal church and the pastor cut out speaking in tongues because so many people were faking and interrupting the service. The Freeze guy is only quoting what it said in the Bible, he isn't adding nor taking away from the scriptures. It isn't just Nigerian Pentecostal Churches, I'm in the U.S. and the same thing happens in some of the churches here. You can't speak gibberish and call it speaking in tongue, tongue is language and the bible clearly states that someone has to interpret the language. Yahweh is not confusing, he wants us to understand. Also there are a whole lot of fake pastors in the world who cheat and lie to the people, being a pastor is just another hustle to them. 9 Likes |

Can this Daddy Freeze make the sacrifices some of these men of God made for years before they got their breakthrough? Can he? Calling them thieves is not scriptural. I pleaded with those I know to listen to DF and at least understand him. I thought after all God has corrected a prophet using a donkey in the past so what is wrong if He uses DF. But now I think Daddy Freeze has now taken it too far. The bible allows you to correct an elder and not to rebuke him, talk less of calling him a thief. I cannot persuade anyone to listen to himself being verbally assaulted. Daddy Freeze has taken this too far and might soon walk alone. |

Daemonsanti: This is the dumbest sh*t I have read all year long... You think if you pray in tongues the devil can't understand what you say? So the devil who was once an angel n stood in front of God suddenly doesn't understand the language of heaven or God decided to invent a language only you and him can relate cos he's afraid of the Devil eavesdropping? 10 Likes 3 Shares |
