The minimum and maximum mass flow rate capacities of our device are; 0.3kg/s (1.08t/Hr) and 5kg/s (18t/Hr)


Input is 180-240 ACV (wide voltage range)
It has a dual separation stage.
The first stage incorporates a sieve with openings, based on the size of rice
grain to separate the rice from the stones larger than it.
The second stage incorporates a second sieve with openings, which allows sands and stones
smaller than the rice only to be sieved out.. Both sieves are vibrated via a pulley system, powered by an electric motor.
The device also incorporates a Microsoft that relies on a closed loop feedback system to ensure that all the sequential processes are executed properly before the next sequence.
Our de-stoner has an average efficiency of 80%.

Unpeeled rice will cause the rice to get stuck in the sieve holes. The sieve holes are built with the rice overall diameter in mind.

We have three standard types. But we can custom build.
There is the 8ton per hour mass flow rate which cost at about N900,000
Then there is the 5ton per hour mass flow rate which cost at about N700,000.
There is the 3ton per hour mass flow rate which cost at about N500,000

Thanks for the response. I was actually expecting you to furnish me with the capacity of the different threshers you had. So that, from the features of what you have, or produced for other clients before now would help me.

My specifications, am looking at: is a Rice thresher that threshes at same time, separating the rice seeds from the waste. In other words, the rice comes out from one outlet, while the threshed waste goes out at the other end. The machine, is embedded with a built in fan to aid the separation of the rice seeds from the shafts.
Let me know, the features of what you have, capacity, production per hour in tonnes, price etc.
