Please kindly calm down and don"t be quick to judge people you don't know one on one. Kindly go through his moniker and check through his post, perhaps it will let you know that you are not better than the person yor are already condemning financially and otherwise. We that are constantly on property sections know where most people like him and others and have invested heavily and moving forward. By the way,who told you that other people here are not sending more than your $1200 monthly to their Niaja accounts? That is why i rarely comment here. The next thing you see now is insults here and there.Just for saying the truth. You rip what you sow, how can someone for over 25 years cant save 400$ monthly.. From your above assertion you are sunk in credit card debt "you caused it because you were not frugal in ur spending culture hence you have to pay back ". owing back taxes was solely your choice, what you did was an exempt on your W2 which we all know IRS will take what belong to them. I got $8000 on my tax refund last year, " once again you are solely to be blamed" It only tells how you have lived your life for the past 25 years. I make more than what u say u make but with my spending habit i send home $1200 monthly to my account in Nigeria.. The focal point is if you dont curb how u spend your money in america you will run broke quickly not only in america anywhere in the world, spend wisely and avoid debt and u will see ur hard earned money in your savings Account. 1 Like |

kroger: I don't know you. It's only smart for me not to judge you. Unlike you I don't like to disrespect people. Before you talk more trash about me why not help yourself and search my moniker on this forum to educate yourself? Why must you insult people to make your opinion? Do you think the "likes" you get for insulting me will make any difference to your life? smh My people perished because of lack of wisdom! 2 Likes |

Qc1: Don't do this to yourself. Respect yourself. Unexpected expenses could eat up that 150k alone. |

Qc1: This isn't a walt Disney movie where you write your own script. Unexpected expenses are part of life. A serious medical injury and your yearly budget could be wiped out. Again respect yourself. You're being unrealistic. 1 Like |

And you passed maths when you wrote WAEC...i'm dying of laughter here, save for taxes , all the other expenses are per month..so.multiply it as needed and see how much is left...kids..smh Depending on location, $1200 Is pretty cheap for rent.. And he's not even adding other expenses, hair cut, clothing other miscellaneous expenses.. justwise: 4 Likes |

RedGold2017: Correction noted, Was looking at total monthly expense and did not multiple the total by 12. That comes up to $55.680 on bills alone, not including the $17000 for taxes. |
