I am not sure of that but if as at today, you have not received invites, you may need to forget about this recruitment. The assessment is starting next week Monday, except for any exigencies, some additional applicants may be invited next week or next two weeks.

Union bank AC was a success. Although I was very nervous at first. In all let's hope for the best.

Is the AC just group discussion and individual presentation?...nobody has said anything about one on one interview

from Obalende,get a bus to Ikeja. if you can't get Ikeja direct from there,take a bus to oshodi. then from Oshodi,take a bus to Ikeja along. whichever way,get to Ikeja under bridge. take a keke going to ogba via oba akran. tell the keke man u are going to Union bank just opposite nigerite. Very close to Asbestos bustop. you will equally see a last man stand there.

Please I have been searching online for sample case studies to no avail. Please I've never done this before. Any one with a sample case study I could practice with please. I'll really appreciate.

Someone said here that the process would last about two hours. I was there from 12 till about 5pm.

There was some delay before we started and a lot of waiting in between.

okay. I had similar encounter with workforce top talent graduate trainee, I had my AC on the last day and I've not heard from till now. however, they contacted others that had theirs at earlier dates but none among those i met who had their AC on the last date was called.

The AC was in two stages.
First stage was an individual presentation of your case study with the aid of a flip chart. it was quite easy. Study your case for 45minutes and present it in 10 minutes. The assessors were very nice too.
The second stage was the group discussion. You'd be assigned to a group, given a case study and allowed to discuss the case for 10 minutes. The assessors are more or less invisible at this stage because all they'd do is to observe your team. Its more like a board meeting kinda thing...
But before the AC proper, your credentials would be verified.

Please when you said verified, are you saying your school would be called immediately as you are presenting your Certificate. All I have is just statement of result.

Not really. Just to make sure you have the right credentials and the requirements as earlier stated during application. Birth certificate to verify your age which isn't supposed to be above 26, Degree certificate/statement of result to verify your degree and all.

The invitation for medicals will possibly be sent by last week of December or first week of January. This is logically affirmed as the Training School was planned to start by mid/late January (all things being equal).

Please note that chances of being selected is not based on when or where the candidate were being assessed. And also noted that your certificate and documents are not being verified in the assessment centre. The originals to be sighted to confirm if the candidate possesses the minimum qualification requirements for the recruitment. Verification of results are done after the documentation and Training school, usually by an third party company.
