I am confused about this speaking in tongues of a thing. Bible said on the day of Pentecost, when the disciples received the Holy Spirit, that they spoke in different tongues and the people gathered there were surprised. They were surprised because they heard of he disciples speaking in their languages. Example, a believer in a Nigerian church, under the anointing speaking in tongues, could be heard speaking maybe Chinese, Spanish or other languages but, all the raba rava, shoot kiyo is confusing.
And you speak in tongues when you're under the influence of the Holy Spirit and not, when you like.

There is divers kinds of tongues nd speaking in tongues...
When one has the gift of speaking in divers kinds of tongue like what happened on the day of Pentecost, that's when you experience what happened on the day of Pentecost. ...cos most times God might want to use you to relate a message to someone who doesn't understand english or whatever language you are talking in, so u hear the speaker speaking in another man's language like the example you gave...but when you are praying in the holy ghost you are talking to God

There is a difference between speaking in tongues and praying in tongues, when you speak in tongues you need and interpreter but when you pray in tongues you communicating with the Holy Spirit and so you need no interpreter
