Mate, don't you think if that was a general hardware problem in this phone there'd be many more complaints on it by now?

I have bought 2 of them and both have this problem....one is t591 and one t592.
Moreover, it's full of review on the web that state this.... I don't think all phones of this forum member's are ok.... it's more probable that one hasn't tried that kind of conversation..... that's why I asked to try......

Personally, I don't think it's hardware problem.... I think it is something related to volumes and mic sensitivity.....in loudspeaker mode the mic seems to catch the audio from the rear speaker and it's more loud than audio from person voice....

you can change the kingroot to super su via super sume pro.. just like as I did to mine

Well it depends on the version of android you are using. If you are using anything less than android lollipop (I have not tried it yet on earlier versions) , Kingoroot is essentially hacking your phone and installing things which you cannot remove easily.

Many sites that once recommended Kingoroot now discourage using it.

How u take know this one?

The only problem I have with this phone is that it loses contacts on the SIM. Before if it does that,I'll reboot it and it will revert back to normal. This evening, it did the same but after restarting it 11 times,no luck . And if i try storing the numbers again : "The Sim is not able to store contact" is the reply. Please, am i the only one Any help?

Finally the phone has left international shipping centre after a long time of tracking it and is now at sorting hub. How long do you guys think it'll spend there. Also has anyone that ordered 24th Nov or later gotten it?

It eventually spent just 1-2 days at Lagos sorting hub and is at Jumia Calabar hub at the moment. Should get my device very soon
