needinfo: It means to enjoy other features and not to be amidst lots of Nigerians using that of UAE. You can use a USA IP that compactible but you can't use USA number to open UAE Paypal; you can only be using it to call their USA customer care line. |

Today is 10th of November, 2017 and Npower has not paid the volunteers and no even a comment or defense is made for the late payment. This is bad if really this country is a sane country! I remember that the October money was paid on 10th and the delay was attributed to a technical hitch. What about this month's ? Is it equally a technical issue? Why is it difficult for Nigeria to handle things efficiently? Some of the volunteers have gone borrowing now because I have a sister who have been leaning on me for financial support, and really, she is financially dry. Mind you, I am equally one of those graduates who have been in the labour market for the past 10 years without a job. I am just "scavenging" here and there to put body and soul together. Now somebody is working for government without payment as at when due. It is pitiably unfortunate to be a graduate in Nigeria! Npower, pay November salary for the volunteers and let off my neck additional liability. |

yinkeys: Alright but using such free vpn from opera is not good for opening and operating Paypal account. It is advisable to always use reliable VPN service that will always give one stable/static IP address. But unfortunately, most of such are not always free and I don't have idea of anyone that can offer that. You can change to any other reliable IP but Paypal's system can ask you to confirm your account via text or call through the phone number that you linked to it. I hope the number that you linked is accessible. |
