Actually the sickness never happened to me on day-time, it's always at night when I am asleep even if someone tells you that I have epilepsy you'll likely doubt the person because I don't have injuries or wound, the sickness will just come and go before morning....


I don't want to quit serving my oga because it will be a lost to me and I don't know how life will look for me if I do...... and my oga is even doubting me that I don't such sickness..

So I just want to finish serving him and it remain another three years...


But I just want to find out from nairaland doctors If (maybe when I get the money) I will find any medical solution to this type of sickness..

Epilepsy most times are pure medical issues. Please go to the nearest University Teaching Hospital near you.

However, if you also notice that you often have strange dreams, you may need a deliverance. There are three forms of deliverance route to take but its always best to simultaneously use the three
1. Self Deliverance (Where you pray deliverance prayers for yourself)
2. Deliverance ministrations by an experienced christian (not necessarily a pastor)
3. Mass Deliverance (usually by attending prayers in fellowships where mass deliverance prayers are offered)

First you should visit a neurologist in any of the teaching hospitals near your location.Try to explain,has u have here your experience.

In my own opinion asides from lack of sleep,stress and anxiety,other factors like alcohol withdrawal and codeine abuse can trigger seizures.i'd advise you stop or reduce consumption of these drugs.

Also get enough sleep and engage in anti-stress activities like swimming and general exercise.

Get a diary and record any seizure attack and send it 2 your neurologist.

Take your anti seizure medicine

2 liven your spirit,stars like lil Wayne,Rick Ross,Chris brown,etc have had one or more seizures at one point in their lives but they still live their normal lives.Have a positive mind set.

Lastly don't be afraid u are not alone. wink

It happened one night on december 2013 that I was strolling to my room without torch-light that something pinched me on my leg uptill today I still can't understand what that was and I don't if that was what caused this type of sickness to me..

My mother and father are not epileptic and there is no record of any of their relatives that had it before.

On the early year of 2014 one of my uncle introduced me to one of his friends and told me that I will stay with him and serve him and after six years he will settle me and I am presently serving him and here is where I started having this sickness..

I am living alone because he has two shops and I am handling one of them and by God grace I am doing fine here.

If it happens only at night, its a form of epilepsy which can be well managed. you need to go to a good neurologist. if you are in owerri I can direct you to one. It happened to my cousin and at the initial time we were confused thinking it had a spiritual undertone because the doctors couldn't diagnose it well. But with this neurologist he has not had any seizure for 11months now.

1. Never leave your job.

2. Live a free life. Don't be traumatized by our people stigmatization caused by ignorance.

3. Keep praying and go see Doctors. Also, have you heard of Rev. Tony Akinyemi of The Shepherd's Flock Int'l Church. God reveal to him some secrets of how to use herbs and naturally means to cure some diseases. You can visit his Church in Ikeja, Lagos and schedule a counselling session with him. He does not collect money from people.

4. When you know what you need and the cost, come back to this thread and we Nairalanders will help you.

What you are having is "Seizures" which is simply symptoms of a brain problem. They happen because of sudden, abnormal electrical activity in the brain. In which a person's body shakes rapidly and uncontrollably. It is caused by a brain tumor @op it could be any type ranging from bi-frontal meningioma to others. It often start while you're sleeping and later if not taken care of can trigger while you not even sleeping/

you will have to go for both CT scan and MRI scan this will cost you almost a #100,000 then your neurologist can now know how big the tumor is and if you can be given medication( e.g. Phenytoin) to stabilize your condition or shrink the tumor. And also I f you will eventually undergo a brain surgery/
No big deal man. It has happened to someone so close to me and the surgery was done at the University college Hospital Ibadan and to God be the glory she's better now. The only problem is that bro..... you gon' spend som damn money man!
It does not have to be a tumor. It could be cell based or a genetic disorder Start by visiting your doctor doing EEG to see the brain activity from there they will suggest other tests. But go as soon as possible. Epilepsy at this stage usually persists but can be managed. Finally be prayerful.

My advice is you need Jesus, the greatest healer. Especially if it is spiritual as you believe.


There is medical solution, for this case, as someone have rightly pointed out before.

There's also alternative medical solutions too. Like valerian (name of a herb), etc.Taking them, by God's grace will make you fine.

You said it started in 2013. If you believe, it will end this 2017.

Everything with a beginning, has an ending.

I didn't hear you mention God, or Jesus.

yo don't have to wait till after 3 years to go see a doctor...I believe you go see a doctor right away and complain first....cos I don't think you actually understand what is wrong with you. after your visitation to the hospital and after you have taken drugs if nothing then I advise you see a spiritualist(pastor imam or traditionalists).

I'll advise you go to any good and prayerful church if u are a christian for your healing and deliverance. but if u ask me, go to Synagogue church of all nations and you will be free and delivered in Jesus Christ Name Amen.
