It shows AUTOMATIC REPAIR and after which it start showing DIGNOSING YOUR PC yet it does not complete the booting.

Yes , there are sites you can download windows from but it isn't worth the stress especially regarding the technicalities involved in installing it.

If you know how to install windows , it is best you get the CD for 200 naira from those guys selling computer softwares.

If you are doing the upgrade automatically, nothing will happen to your files.

But if you are doing it manually, you have to make sure you don't delete or format the partition containing your files.

what is the brand and model of the laptop?

If the laptop is overheating and the fan is working, try changing the heatsink .

That will solve it

It is a copper rod that covers the processor. Change it and don't forget to apply coolant/paste on the processor when doing the change

start by trying another charger with your laptop.
If there is no difference, try another Battery.
If no difference, then it is a motherboard issue. See a motherboard technician to help you check it.

those are the Ram stick in your laptop motherboard. The make your computer display to the screen and serve as the temporal memory for your laptop when you are working with it. I don't think both can go bad at the same time.
Use one of them at a time to test your laptop. Not both at the same time. Also try the bottom slot first .

that's a hard ware issue. It's either your hard drive is bad or three is no OS on your hard drive.

Try using another USB to connect your phone to the laptop.

If the issue remains same, try re-installing the drivers of your laptop USB

There's this HP g7 running windows 7 with me. Anything I put it on it stays at boot menu till I press "Enter" key before it loads to windows. Even after starting up fully, the keys won't respond till I press Space bar or Ctrl key.

Your Cmos battery maybe down , hence system settings aren't saved and you have to press enter to boot it . Try another cmos battery and observe any difference.

It's the battery of the motherboard called CMOS. You may need to see technician to help you replace it
