i just got a redmi note 4, it takes close to 6 HOURS TO get fully charged. please what could be the issue?

Chk your power source,charger,its obvious the charging duration is very abnormal.and what type of note 4 did u get?mtk or snap

In addition to power source, try another usb cable.

Is the phone new or refurbished?

I used the charger for another phone it was ok. but i would check again.
It's brand new. how do i know if it is mtk or snap?

Though I haven't used either before, you'll most likely be playing for such duties, strange to see EMS with free shipping, maybe they are leaving all the customs wahala for you.

I've not used EMS before but IF the item is expensive and dear, and you can afford duties (in case), risk it. Afterall people still deliberately use DHL and pay those shoddy duties.

it's by the value of the item or by the quantity.
Normally, items <$500 or 500pieces should be free but this is Nigeria.

Yeah...I've used that technique before with Dhl and it worked but the item was just a tablet sha
