What I think is more important is that the date of birth on your ECA report is the same as that on your passport. I made a mistake with the DOB i entered for my husband when registering for his WES evaluation, I sent them his passport, birth cert and affidavit of age declaration via hellofax when sending his BSc certificate and they quickly effected the changes. I think you should go the route of ensuring you put the date of birth that shows on your passport and birth cert (assuming they are both the same) when you are applying on the WES site. You could also include information on your cover note (if using hellofax) when sending these docs about the disparity on your transcript if you so wish. My own thoughts though. Muslimity: |

Education Maximum 25 points University degree at the Doctoral (PhD) level or equal 25 points University degree at the Master’s level or equal OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equal). Occupation related to the degree must be: NOC 2016 Skill Level A, and licensed by a provincial regulatory body Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy. 23 points Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equal (at least one must be for a program of at least three years) 22 points I wonder what the emboldened means |

Divinegifts: I think it is safer to disclose every irregular information on your new passport booklet (if any). If they did not request for the old one, you may as well ignore it altogether to avoid unnecessary delays |

Hi Newmum 0615, I didn't have a similar issue but in addition to the brilliant responses you have received, I wanted to share a few thoughts regarding the first question below. The definition of skilled work experience from the CIC website is as follows: Skilled work experience You must have at least one year, in the last ten years before you submit your electronic application for permanent residence, of continuous full-time work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in a skilled occupation listed in Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the 2016 version of Canada’s National Occupational Classification (NOC) So long as the job you did is a skill type O,A or B and you have over 1 year experience, then you're good to go. With regards to the Job title and NOC duties specified and the mix up you had, an LOE will suffice. My assumption is that you have been invited, so effect the corrections and attach a detailed LOE. Additionally provide enough proof to convince any case officer that you completed the tasks listed. In addition to a detailed reference letter, I suggest other relevant documents to prove employment.
