It's obvious a lot of people here are battling their repressed homosexual feelings. Hence, the aggressive projection of their self-hate and inadequacy on homosexuals. I can't think of any other reason people are so bothered by how others live their lives. I can't summon up any outrage about homosexuals for the simple reason I can't see how it affects my life. At worst, homosexuality between consenting adults is a sexual deviancy (surely, sticking a diick in an arsehole is no less "natural" than sticking it in a woman's mouth) and a victimless crime. Why does it bother so many ignorant people so much? The worst are the clowns that bring their worthless religious beliefs to the equation? Why is homosexuality any worse a sin that adultery and fornication which many if not most people have engaged in? Do you consider yourself righteous just because you're not homosexual? Is that an achievement? At what time in your life did you make the choice to reject homosexuality? If your sexuality wasn't a choice and came "naturally" to you, then from what moral basis do you get to judge homosexual people? Better focus your lives on things that matter like your rotten cesspit of a country and continent that the whole world spits on rather than focusing on utterly worthless things like what hole people plug their schlongs in. A country and race of primitive mugus. 9 Likes 2 Shares |

OlufemiAbbey:you're right except for what you said about adoption. Adoption is good. this is the reason - we understand that sometimes, a woman could be finding it difficult to conceive even when they've done everything right medically, meaning that there is nothing wrong with both husband and wife. even if something is wrong, they are allowed to adopt a baby legitimately with legal back up. we also understand that there are some children being dumped in the orphanage with little fund available to take care of them. so, the platform allows couple to have a baby, though not theirs biologically, and a motherless baby also to have a parent. you know, life is not always fair. In most cases, the baby grows up to take up the names of the foster parents. A good example that comes to mind with this kind of arrangement is the founder of Apple, Steve Jobs. However, I do not support same sex couples adopting a baby because they would confuse the little child in life. LGBT is never a common sense option. |

All this talk....Smh. There is this short story by Akwaeke Emezi that offers an interesting perspective on homosexuality: Who is like God? https://granta.com/who-is-like-god/. It makes you wonder how some people can so easily declare themselves God at the expense of others. The Bible says in James 2:10, for whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. And the Bible also says that all have sinned. And we probably offend God everyday even with our self righteousness. Which means we are guilty of every single sin in the book. You steal or lust after a girl in the street, you're a homosexual and a murderer in God's eyes; so stop judging others and instead worry that God's grace extends to your life. You don't know the apple of God's eye. David was an adulterous man after all. 3 Likes |

Ijaya123: So many people keep asking this mooronic question. 1) If you or me were not here, we would not be here asking the foolish question in the first place and it would ultimately not matter. The average man produces over 500 billion sperm cells in his lifetime and the average woman produces over 2 million eggs. This basically means, each woman has the potential to conceive millions of kids and each man has the potential to sire even more. You might as well ask you mother why she didn't conceive 10,000 children. 2) A fruitful relationship is not simply about copulation and reproduction. Maybe the day Africans understand that, we'll stop breeding like rats and overpopulating the planet. Most of the planet's projected population growth in this century will come from Africa. Nigeria alone is projected to top over 400 million by 2050 and a billion by 2100, even as many countries in the developed world are struggling with receding populations. Relationships are about companionship. We're not animals that exist merely to breed. The days of "be fruitful and multiply" are long over for most of the enlightened world except your backward country and continent. 3) Homosexuality is an aberration. An anomaly. An incongruity. An exception. It is rare in all societies: even those where it has long been decriminalized and legalized for several decades. Even liberal European nations like Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK have consistently reported less than 2% of the population identifying as homosexual. So no, there will never ever be a future in which human population goes extinct because we all turn to homosexuals. Homosexuality is as old as human civilization (and exists in most mammal species) and there will always be a small minority of humans inclined sexually towards those of their gender the same way a minority of people are born left-handed. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

komekn: Who asked you to "propagate" anything. The only thing asked of you is to mind you damn business. Who gets to determine what is an abomination and what is not? Who gets to determine which sin is an abomination and which is not and which sin to legalise and which sin shouldn't be legalized? Which civilized society runs a theocracy as a government? 1 Like |

OlufemiAbbey: the emboldened is the reason why I never take idiots like you seriously. Adoption is evil really? infertile couple should commit suicide because they can't procreate? orphans should join boko Haram or better still left to starve to death and denied families because adoption is evil? You sound like the evil person. 4 Likes |

The crux of what I'm saying is we should focus more on our development as a nation.
