What is the pay for this position (Management Trainee)?
I am only concerned about the pay because the comments on the previous thread were discouraging. There were claims that the pay is 50k per month which if you ask me is on the low side considering the harsh economic condition.

Please, you can give a narrow range of the pay if you don't wanna be specific. Thanks.

Seriously, for a fresh graduate i really dont think the pay should be your utmost priority now. The learning experience and exposure should be what matters. I cant disclose the pay but certainly its very ok.

Thank you very much for your response. Though, I wasn't insisting on a specific amount as I understand the confidential policy that's attached to remuneration; I would have been pleased if you had provided a range, since providing a range is not a breach of confidentiality.

Moreover, I am not a fresh graduate per se, as I am working already but just need to jump ship to something more career productive. Although, it's usually said that the pay of an organization shouldn't be a priority when on the look out for a career progression, but the true reality is that the pay can not be totally ignored especially when one is trying to dot the I's and cross the T's to make a germane decision that may mar or make the rest of one's life.

The good thing is you can be confirmed as a staff before 2 years depending on your performance and commitment. I was actually employed within a year. The place is a nice place to kick start your career. Trust me.
