@ the bolded. It is possible. I have showered with a lady and she didnt want me to touch her.

however in this case above, the guy could be accused of sexual harassment in some countries except she had agreed that he takes her to his house.

a girl was drunk and you took her to your house, took off her clothes, showered her etc.

it is not entirely a clean slate for him.
