I wouldn't get offended with your choice of word. I'm actually not a rich man's kid but my old man isn't poor.
Well, I'm not where I want to be but I'm sure I'm better than you but financially and intellectually.

This is one of the reasons why Northerners will continue to rule Nigeria . . . They dont run around, they know what to join and where to work, they control the military and slowly the Policy force, it is a matter of time before they own the naval too . . . . I need to ask you a simple question: who needs quality health insurance the most, the boss that earns 10 million p.a or the junior staff that earns 1 million p.a?

Lemme tell you a brief story young man.
The recently concluded FCSC recruitment, my friend's sister applied, she had 1st class from university of Ilorin and also her second degree. She was invited for screening. When she got there, she said she was asked who was her sponsor and she said nobody. That was how she was dropped.
I have someone working for FRSC now that was almost dropped if not for intervention of someone we knew.
It's a pity it's those that suffer the most that defend these things when we raise the awareness.
I know there's nepotism in this country, I'm not denying that, but it doesn't mean because someone was from a rich home he can't truly merit things, you need to know for sure that he didn't work for it before you criticize.

The emirs son is a Nigerian and legitimately deserves to apply and work for the Nigerian police. Stop this pettiness and free the young man. Who told you he's not a capable Nigerian?

If he had been employed by CBN or FIRS, you will still complain that people like him are taking the juiciest federal government jobs while police and N-power are left for the poor masses. Now that he decided to take up a police job, he's still not capable to folks like you. Is it a crime to be born into royalty?

I wonder! The dude should realise that is how the world works! This is not only in Nigeria. The notherners are smart. They always look at the end game. Its different in the south - what they would chop TODAY will not make them reason. This boy would get a job anywhere - NNPC ,FIRS, NPA - same as any first class king in the south but guess what? The first class kings in the south would rather ask their kids to take an average officer job in the US!

The point is, it would be difficult getting a southerner with a Western bsc who will stoop to become a police man after an expensive Western education.

The north target the military and paramilitary in the country to entrench their coercive rule.

I will never stop wondering why a former governor to the CBN and current Emir will have his son become a policeman when other plum jobs are in the offing.

Has he stopped the Olubadan from sending his own son tho the Police or Civil defense or even the Army? Be objective.

For a Northerner everything is possible and easy, expect him to be police IG in few years to come.

Do you the slightest idea how many of his fathers mate are yet to be ASP and has been at it for nearly half their career?

His name was never in the Official shortlist, nepotism will ruin this country.....he was admitted into the camp towards the tail end of the training..... and yet Asp specialist who passed through the recruitment process were shortchanged.
